Physical Education Motivation

Future students of class 2022 the time is now for you to sign up to take Physical Education classes here at Mount Lincoln Farmer High School. Why you ask? Five simple reasons...

Before taking my PE class....
  1. P.E. is the only class in the school in which it is okay to yell during class.
  2. You will be able to relieve stress in ways that are not possible in any other classroom.
  3. You will learn good habits for losing weight and/or gaining muscle.
  4. It is a great place to show off your skills to the secret crush you have in the classroom ;)
  5. You have the chance to beat the teacher at any sport of your choice!

Notice the change in stature after my PE class!

Just by looking at these two pictures it is easy to see how PE is so important in our lives and everything we do.  We do not realized how many people are becoming more and more like the 1st picture on this blog, but we know that an easy way to prevent that is to sign up now!

Here is a link to a video that shows what will NOT be doing in my PE class.

We have an awesome PE program in which you the student become the teacher for a week. You will be paired up with one or two other people and you will come up with your own game that you will then teach the class and we will play it!

Thanks for taking the time to look at this Blog about OUR future PE class!

  2. I like the tactics you use to persuade students of the usefulness of your discipline. I think, in addition to appearance (which is big to many students), another HUGE selling point is health. Have you watched the HBO documentary on obesity in America? It is predicted that upcoming generations will die before older generations due to diabetes, etc. These diseases put a major financial strain on society as well. So your discipline really is saving the country billions of dollars. Thanks for your posting! I'm glad we finally got your URL added to the list. :)
